LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Generally, there are three primary equations for leading healthcare supply chain: Promoting people as key value providers in new roles, promoting technology as options to explore and promoting process improvements that involve both people and tech. Short of hedging with the argument that all three matter (of course they do), which represents the optimal order of importance on how supply chain should/will approach future clinical, financial and operational strategies and tactics going forward and why? Respondents were asked to rank their choices and explain their reasoning.

Invest in people to plan process improvements and use tech to ensure progress (People, Process, Tech)
Invest in process improvement planning, assembling the tech for people to use (Process, Tech, People)
Invest in tech, and train people to use it so that they improve processes (Tech, People, Process)
